“Everywhere you go, you have more questions than answers and you always want to know more. That’s why it’s so important to be here - you can’t find all the answers here but you get the feeling that you want to keep reading and studying about Jewish history.”

Gustavo Gomez, Radio Director, La Luciernaga, Caracol Radio (In Spanish)

“There is something that is key for me, with no offense to other religions, nations, or peoples; Israel is a functional democracy, and unique in this region. Israel’s democracy is the closest thing to what someone like me - a Colombian lover of democracy, would want for his country. The idea that the hard work of the Jewish people for so many years, their perseverance, commitment, and devotion are in essence what guaranties that today this democracy exists. Of course, a democracy needs to adapt to its region.”
